What You'll Do

. This Talent Sourcing Specialist role will focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals across key APAC markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and broader Southeast Asia)

. Working in close collaboration with the recruiting team and business stakeholders, you will support hiring across a range of non-technical functions, including consulting, business services, and corporate roles.

. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing regional sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates aligned with business needs

What You'll Bring

. Bachelor's Degree with high academic achievement required

. 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on corporate and/or consulting roles

. Must have strong experience hiring across APAC markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia preferred)

. Demonstrated ability to source across geographies remotely

. Excellent research, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across cultures

. Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices

. Identifying and engaging top talent across APAC markets (especially Singapore, KL, and Australia) for consulting and corporate roles

. Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective sourcing strategies

. Conducting market mapping and competitor intelligence for consulting and corporate talent pools

. Sourcing passive candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach

. Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across key APAC markets

. Effectively communicating and positioning the BCG value proposition to diverse candidate groups

. Tailoring sourcing approaches based on regional and cultural nuances

. Conducting initial candidate screening and fit assessment

. Using creative sourcing strategies and engagement techniques to attract high-quality candidates
