We're looking for a highly research-driven Leadership Sourcing Specialist to anchor global talent sourcing for senior and leadership roles across functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations).
This is a pure sourcing role with a strong headhunting mandate — focused on market intelligence, talent mapping, and first-level engagement with senior leaders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
What you'll do:
- Lead proactive headhunting efforts for senior and leadership talent globally
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted, insight-led outreach
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to define search strategy and target talent pools
- Own the first interaction with leadership talent — building credibility and interest
- Build and continuously refine high-quality leadership/Senior talent pipelines
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in executive search / leadership sourcing (pure sourcing focus preferred).
- Proven track record in sourcing senior functional leaders
- Deep expertise in market mapping, Boolean search, and talent research methodologies
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates through primary sourcing and outreach
- Strong understanding of global talent dynamics and leadership hiring practices
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in first-level candidate conversations
- High ownership, curiosity, and a research-first mindset
