Job Description

We're looking for a highly research-driven Leadership Sourcing Specialist to anchor global talent sourcing for senior and leadership roles across functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations).

This is a pure sourcing role with a strong headhunting mandate — focused on market intelligence, talent mapping, and first-level engagement with senior leaders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

What you'll do:

  • Lead proactive headhunting efforts for senior and leadership talent globally
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted, insight-led outreach
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to define search strategy and target talent pools
  • Own the first interaction with leadership talent — building credibility and interest
  • Build and continuously refine high-quality leadership/Senior talent pipelines

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in executive search / leadership sourcing (pure sourcing focus preferred).
  • Proven track record in sourcing senior functional leaders
  • Deep expertise in market mapping, Boolean search, and talent research methodologies
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates through primary sourcing and outreach
  • Strong understanding of global talent dynamics and leadership hiring practices
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in first-level candidate conversations
  • High ownership, curiosity, and a research-first mindset
