What We Are Looking For
You'll play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across diverse technology skill sets and enabling high-quality hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong market understanding, excellent communication, and a persistent, go-getter mindset to solve complex hiring challenges.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines across a wide range of technology roles
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups
- Track and manage candidate data, pipeline progress, and reporting through ATS and other tools
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent insights
- Take ownership of sourcing mandates and deliver within defined timelines in a fast-paced environment
Must Have
- 4–9 years of experience in technology sourcing, preferably in a consulting or services environment
- Proven experience hiring across diverse technology skill sets (e.g., Data, Cloud, Engineering, CRM etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of technology roles and ability to assess candidate fit at a high level
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and candidate tracking systems
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills
- High ownership mindset with a persistent, never give up attitude toward closures
