About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage corporate hiring across functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a data-driven approach to recruitment, and the ability to consistently drive offer closures while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles across Tech and non-Tech vertical
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities
- Drive hiring outcomes with a strong focus on offer rollouts and closures
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Own stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on timelines, candidate quality, and hiring metrics
- Track, analyze, and publish recruitment dashboards (e.g., funnel conversion, TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
- Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial touchpoint to onboarding
- Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn
Key Requirements
- MBA in HR or related field
- 4+ years of experience in corporate hiring / talent acquisition
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex hiring mandates
- Strong track record of driving offer numbers and closures
- Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards and reporting (Excel, ATS, or BI tools)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
