Your Role And Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive talent intelligence research and external benchmarking recommendations that includes analysis of IBM's top talent competitors (i.e. studying talent strategy, competitor practices, and market positioning).
- Develop a Talent Intelligence POV, sharing broadly across HR on critical insights HR professionals must be aware of.
- Design an approach to continuously understand user & client career experience needs by persona, BU and market
- Stand up content governance and content quality frameworks.
- Design and help create the Generative AI agent for Talent Marketing by collaborating with the functional leads.
- Develop an event strategy as part of a multi-touch, surrounded with associated digital activities (webcast/Webinars) and social to drive increased and deeper client engagement.
- Develop and execute events to target IBM's priority clients by creating compelling content, experience, and formats
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Field Marketing and extended teams for event messaging, content, curriculum, sessions, speakers manage the process.
- Engage Digital reps and drive to registration plans and efforts.
- Own, manage and develop guidance, education and communication around event marketing tools, process, metrics, experiences, agency relations, best practices, and response lead management in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Consult on one or more of the critical success areas of IBM Event Marketing like digital media, social media engagement, event content and messaging, experiential activations assets, to name a few.
- Design and execute enablement activities to ensure successful adoption of new candidate experience
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Academic Program Enrollment: Currently enrolled at a university or educational institution.
- Basic Understanding of Industry: Familiarity with general business concepts and practices, with a curiosity to learn more.
- Exposure to Team Environments: Some experience working in team settings, either through academic projects or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in Learning: Willingness to participate in learning opportunities and training programs to expand knowledge and skills.
- Foundational Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
