Key Responsibilities

• Create and administer content across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Build and maintain strong customer engagement through effective social media strategies.
• Monitor online platform metrics such as Google Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Support the Marketing & Sales teams in the creation and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication between the brand and its customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive brand consistency across multiple locations and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva for content creation and presentation.

Additional Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good copywriting and editing abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
