This is a full-time, on-site Talent Hiring role located in Noida. The Talent Hiring Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support the organization's growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaboration with team members to strategize hiring plans, attract diverse talent, and fulfill organizational goals is a vital aspect of the role. The position also requires maintaining accurate recruitment data and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Selection Processes
• Ability to conduct Interviews, manage onboarding processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment-focused digital platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in developing strategic hiring plans and aligning them with organizational goals
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education or service sector is a plus
