Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in language-based hiring for the Malaysia market. The role involves sourcing and hiring candidates proficient in languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and other regional languages for BPO, shared services, and non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / Language-based roles.
- Source candidates with language expertise (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined timelines.
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in language hiring.
- Experience hiring for Malaysia market (APAC) is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills for multilingual candidates with strong with data management.
- Good understanding of BPO / Shared Services hiring.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Target-driven and able to handle multiple requirements.
