We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with 11 - 15 years of experience, to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our business. The role demands expertise in hiring across project management, construction, cost & contracts, and corporate functions, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategic Hiring: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth in the real estate PMC sector.

  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to KPIs.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding for senior, niche, and project-critical roles.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, project directors, and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and deliver solutions.

  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the real estate PMC domain.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices meet audit standards, labor laws, and organizational policies.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee recruitment consultants, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.

  • Data & Insights: Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • MBA/MSW or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 11-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to Real Estate PMC / Construction Management hiring.

  • Proven track record of hiring for project management, construction, cost & contracts, and leadership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and advanced sourcing tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
