Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Handle the hiring of senior-level positions (executives, directors, managers).
3. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, skills, and cultural fit for senior roles.
4. Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals, to find top talent.
5. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for senior-level and specialized roles across different domains.
6. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs.
7. Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in recruiting senior-level positions across multiple domains.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
4. Strong understanding of market trends, salary structures, and recruitment best practices.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
6. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Negotiation and closing skills to secure top candidates. .
