Nirvasa Healthcare is a rapidly growing healthcare organization committed to delivering quality healthcare solutions and building high-performing teams. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to support our expansion and strengthen our recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and business units.
  • Lead and execute bulk hiring drives while ensuring quality and timely closures.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate the interview process with stakeholders.
  • Track recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, and team performance to ensure target achievement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support recruitment team members to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and talent market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition - Team handlining, preferably with exposure to bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and hiring metrics.
  • Experience working with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
