Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurugram (Sector 44). This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and help us attract top talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess role fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Build and execute employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Stay updated with latest hiring trends and best practices
Qualifications & Skills- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus
