Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in sales hiring and lateral recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level sales roles, ensuring high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (B2B, enterprise, government, and international sales).
  • Handle lateral hiring for mid to senior-level positions across business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals.
  • Drive stakeholder management and ensure timely closures of positions.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 510 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong focus on sales hiring.
  • Proven experience in lateral hiring for mid and senior-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and hiring challenges.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
