Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in sales hiring and lateral recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level sales roles, ensuring high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (B2B, enterprise, government, and international sales).
- Handle lateral hiring for mid to senior-level positions across business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals.
- Drive stakeholder management and ensure timely closures of positions.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong focus on sales hiring.
- Proven experience in lateral hiring for mid and senior-level roles.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and hiring challenges.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
