Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Finance & Accounts

Experience:6-8 years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office - All 5 days a week)

Interested candidates will get the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative Talent Acquisition team managing endtoend recruitment for finance & accounting functions. Work on impactful hiring projects, support business growth, and drive process enhancements.

You will be a handson recruiter managing endtoend hiring for finance & accounting functions (e.g., Accountants, Financial Analysts, Auditors, SharedServices Finance). You'll independently use tools like job portals, professional networks, ATS/HRIS systems and direct sourcing to fill roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business unit heads and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and define role requirements, job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Source via portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and other channels for finance/accounting candidates.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing (active & passive), screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines/talent pools for finance & accounting functions for current and future needs.
  • Use ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics to track timetofill, source effectiveness, offertojoin ratios and present reports.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience, clear communication and burnish employer brand.
  • Stay updated on Indian labour laws, finance/accounting talent market trends (salary benchmarks, supply/demand) to inform hiring.
  • Execute recruitment process improvements and participate in initiatives such as diversity hiring, campus hiring for finance/accounting roles.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PGDM (Finance or HR) preferred.
  • 68 years handson recruitment experience in India, with proven track record hiring for finance & accounting roles.
  • Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools.
  • Proficient in ATS/HRIS systems and comfortable with recruitment metrics/analytics.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills across business & finance teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently and deliver in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good judgment in candidate fit evaluation, offer negotiation and closure.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and able to work independently as an individual contributor.

Desirable / Additional Skills

  • Experience in employerbranding or recruitment marketing specific to finance/accounting talent.
  • Experience recruiting for senior finance roles (e.g., Finance Manager, Head of Finance) is a plus.
  • Ability to drive process improvements in recruitment workflows.
  • Experience in multilocation/ sharedservices/GBS finance hiring environments.

Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM or any specialization in Finance, Accounting or related major subjects.

Additional certifications in HR, talent acquisition, or hiring for finance/accounting roles will be an advantage.
