Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units (Corporate, Branch Banking, or Specialized roles).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity) and provide regular reports.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
- 28 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
