Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units (Corporate, Branch Banking, or Specialized roles).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity) and provide regular reports.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  • 28 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
