Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and hiring top talent to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include building and executing employer branding initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and driving a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to strategies that ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess and identify top talent for various roles.
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and Employer Branding to attract and retain high-quality candidates while promoting the organization's values and culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective partnership with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced work environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
