Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in core recruitment. This role is strictly focused on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) and is ideal for professionals who have hands-on expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in core recruitment / talent acquisition
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in Ahmedabad (local candidates only)
• Hands on experience in End-to-End recruitment only
• Most preferred if you have experience in non-IT recruitment
