We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top-tier talent, and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various accounting roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and operations roles.
Partners with hiring managers to define requirements and update job descriptions.
Sources candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
Screens applicants and coordinates interviews with hiring teams.
Maintains ATS records and communicates professionally with candidates.
Tracks metrics, ensures compliance, and supports employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years dedicated experience in Recruitment.
Experience in any recruitment/sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Demonstrates strong understanding of accounting roles, healthcare roles, industry trends, and skill requirements, enabling effective candidate assessment and engagement.
Willing to work on site and on flexible schedule.
