Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals and professional networks.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Dyantech System as an employer of choice through innovative recruitment and branding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 59 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (IT industry experience preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent
  • Experience to hire in for Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and other technologies
  • Headhunting expertise and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
