Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Study Abroad / EdTech
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume hiring within the Study Abroad / EdTech space. The role demands strong sourcing skills, fast execution, and proven capability in closing positions within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluation & offer closure
- Bulk & volume hiring for sales, operations & academic roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social channels & referrals
- Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations & deliver within TAT
- Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (EdTech / Study Abroad mandatory)
- Sales hiring experience
- Proven track record in bulk hiring
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
