Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
• Understand and follow company recruitment policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 2to 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Good understanding of recruitment procedures and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
• Professional attitude and strong coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work within deadlines.
• Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
