Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us bring in great people, fast.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer
• Manage multiple sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring intent
• Conduct phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with stakeholders through the evaluation process to keep hiring moving
• Deliver on hiring targets within committed timelines
• Use our ATS to track, qualify, and process candidates efficiently
• Ensure every candidate walks away with a great experience, regardless of outcome

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA in HR is a plus
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
