Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in IT Hardware recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and commercial roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions related to IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, AV, and system integration profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Hardware and Infrastructure roles
- Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendor networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
- Negotiate salary and offer terms with shortlisted candidates
- Follow up with candidates till joining and onboarding stage
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS/HRMS data accuracy
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand hiring priorities
- Support bulk and critical position closures within defined TAT
Key Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in IT Hardware / Infrastructure / Networking / AV hiring
- Good understanding of technical roles and skill mapping
- Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and database hiring
- Strong screening and interviewing skills
- Good stakeholder coordination ability
- Offer negotiation and candidate engagement skills
- Good communication and follow-up discipline
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Certification in Talent Acquisition is an added advantage
