About Triomics

Triomics is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs. Cancer hospitals spend billions on highly trained staff manually reading unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels to power workflows like trial matching, registry curation, visit prep, and quality reporting. We replace that manual work with task-driven AI agents that sit inside the EMR and process records with >95% accuracy, at scale, in real time.

We have grown 10x in the last one year and are processing millions of documents monthly.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, people-first Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of hiring at Triomics. You will primarily drive end-to-end recruiting across tech, ML, clinical, and product functions, working closely with the HR and hiring managers. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership and room to build.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles - from JD creation, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements deeply and translate them into compelling job descriptions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Drive candidate experience from first touchpoint to joining — timely communication, clear process, warm follow-through
  • Manage ATS hygiene and maintain structured tracking of all active requisitions and pipelines
  • Coordinate interview schedules, written tests, and panel discussions across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the HR on onboarding, offer structuring, and process improvements
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and positioning Triomics as a destination for top talent
  • Bring data to the table - track metrics like time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, source effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS or product-led startup
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for technical roles — engineers, ML/AI practitioners, data r
  • olesExcellent verbal and written communication skills — you can hold a compelling conversation with a passive candidate
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in a lean, fast-moving team
  • Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple open reqs without dropping the ball
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience at a healthcare, medtech, or deep-tech startup
  • Exposure to hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles
  • Familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, or campus hiring
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative on process improvements
