Job Description

Location: Bangalore / Remote (India)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Shift: PST Working Hours (US West Coast)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively during PST hours.

Candidates with prior experience working for or supporting recruitment programs at large IT services organizations such as Wipro or similar Tier-1 staffing organizations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
  • Source candidates through Job Boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Ensure timely submissions and closures while meeting recruitment targets.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications, and labor market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
  • Strong experience recruiting for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Platforms, and ERP technologies.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms, preferably JobDiva.
  • Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong candidate screening and assessment capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work during PST hours.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience working with or recruiting for clients through organizations such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCLTech, or similar Tier-1 IT service providers.
  • Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS environments.
  • Exposure to recruiting for US Federal Government, State Government, County Government, or Public Sector clients.
  • Experience placing candidates requiring security clearance or working on government-funded projects.
  • Understanding of government contracting requirements, compliance, and candidate eligibility considerations.
  • Strong knowledge of US work authorizations including US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa categories.
  • Experience in recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions is a plus.

✔ Hands-on experience with JobDiva ATS

✔ Experience supporting Tier-1 clients and large staffing engagements

✔ Exposure to US Government / Public Sector hiring (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Comfortable working in PST hours

✔ Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong delivery focus
