About Finkraft
Finkraft is a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprises recover what they're owed from the complexity of modern business travel and finance — starting with GST input tax credit recovery and reconciliation. We work with 100+ enterprises today, including Fortune 500 corporates, global consulting firms, airlines, embassies, and travel ecosystems.
We're now building something larger: the finance operating system that sits between booking, identity, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation across the UAE and the wider GCC.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves the craft of recruiting — sourcing sharp people, running clean processes, and closing well. You'll run full-cycle hiring across Tech, Product, Business, Data, and Ops, working directly with hiring managers and founders. This is an execution-first role: you'll spend your days in the pipeline, not in strategy decks.
What You Will Do
- Run full-cycle hiring across Tech, Product, Business, Data, and Ops
- Source actively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates against role rubrics and keep them moving without drop-off
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to sharpen role requirements
- Own candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handoff
- Track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and funnel conversion

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A genuine sourcer — you hunt, you don't wait for inbound
- Comfortable running several open roles at once without hand-holding
- Clear, credible communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Hands-on with at least one ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Bonus: exposure to fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup hiring; Data/AI-adjacent roles
