About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent across multiple domains and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
1.Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across departments
Handle hiring for KPO, BPO, IT, and Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires
2.Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements
Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights
Manage expectations and ensure alignment on job requirements and timelines
Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders
3. Onboarding
Manage the onboarding process for new hires
Coordinate documentation and joining formalities
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial days
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and onboarding
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring practices
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
