This full-time hybrid role, based in Faridabad, offers the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fulfill client requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing employer branding strategies, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process. This role requires building strong relationships with both candidates and clients while maintaining a focus on talent acquisition goals.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes to source, screen, and onboard candidates
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing techniques, including technical and behavioral assessments
• Strong skills in Employer Branding to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with familiarity in using recruiting tools and databases
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
