This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Faridabad with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role includes managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, enhancing employer branding initiatives, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs. The candidate will play a strategic role in identifying talent gaps and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

• Experience in Employer Branding and creating strategies to build a professional employer image
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
• Proficiency in Recruiting with the ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and market trends
