Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers made.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of B2C market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
