Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at XpressEdu. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The role involves setting and achieving target-based hiring objectives while contributing to employer branding efforts to attract the best talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Hiring and Employer Branding
- Experience in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Ability to meet targets in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
