Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary offers and assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Provide consultative recruitment guidance, market insights, and hiring trends to clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering quality talent solutions and maintaining regular communication.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, tracking hiring metrics and performance.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across various industries and domains.
- Strong ability to source and attract top talent using multiple channels.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of interview techniques, assessment methods, and employment laws.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate HR environment.
