Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various corporate and IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
• Experience in corporate hiring
• Expertise in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good screening and interviewing skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:

• MBA in HR (Full-Time)
• BMS
• MCA
• BCA
• B.Sc IT

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 3 4 years of corporate hiring experience
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and hiring platforms
