Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Key responsibilities include executing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and ensuring effective recruitment practices to meet organizational objectives. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and managing candidate experience are integral to this position.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
• Strong skills in Hiring and Candidate Screening
• Excellent Interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate suitability
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources will be an advantage
