Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team.

The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using advanced sourcing strategies, including X-ray search, Boolean search, and other innovative sourcing techniques, to attract top talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Apply advanced search techniques such as Boolean strings, X-ray search, and specialized sourcing tools.
  • Proactively map talent markets and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Screen profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and pass qualified leads to recruiters.
  • Maintain sourcing metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends.

Years of Experience:

  • 1 to 4 Years in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications in sourcing/recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) will be an added advantage.

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

  • Strong experience in X-ray search, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of market intelligence and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sourcing for IT/Tech and non-tech roles.
  • Exposure to global recruitment and GCC hiring.
