Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring bands and functions: create job briefs, source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and passive outreach for technical and go-to-market roles.
- Manage the ATS lifecycle create requisitions, update candidate status, ensure data accuracy, and deliver weekly hiring reports and funnel metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, evaluate candidates using structured scorecards, and advise on market compensation and hiring timelines.
- Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by standardising interview guides, implementing feedback loops, and running recruitment sprints for priority roles.
- Represent the employer externally drive referral programs, campus engagement, and targeted sourcing campaigns to strengthen employer brand.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting with demonstrable hiring outcomes.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques and hands-on experience managing an ATS and producing hiring metrics and reports.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles.
- Skilled at candidate screening, structured interviewing, and offer management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
