Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage high-volume and senior-level hiring across functions. This role involves strategic sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and close partnership with senior stakeholders across regions, with Japanese language proficiency required for regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche roles across geographies.
- Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and market insights.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with senior and/or high-volume hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing expertise.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (mandatory).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment analytics preferred.
