Full-cycle Recruitment:
Assist in managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate on-boarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and fit for roles.
Explore various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic about learning IT recruitment.
