Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent hiring and C2H roles.
  • Source candidates for niche skills like SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and other IT technologies.
  • Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain documentation in ATS.
  • Conduct online tests and virtual interview rounds (L1 & L2) to screen candidates.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
