About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven record of successfully hiring across diverse technical and non-technical roles. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, enhancing the candidate experience, and contributing to long-term talent strategy. In addition, you will also support key HR operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, salary negotiations, and smooth onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Drive strategic sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills to reduce time-to-hire.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement.
- Collaborate with HR & business leaders on recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Drive process improvements: implement structured interview loops, standardize evaluation rubrics, and ensure consistent hiring practices.
- Stay updated with market trends and talent insights to attract top talent.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support in building a high-performing TA function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in IT services/product/consulting industries.
- Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment, including technical and non-technical roles.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, talent communities).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.).
- Proficiency with ATS tools, HRMS platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of current labor market trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
