- Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end recruitment and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across corporate and retail functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, retail, and warehouse roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Drive employer branding initiatives and job postings
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
- Coordinate offers, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience
- Support campus hiring, bulk hiring, and walk-in drives when required
- Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Retail / Fashion hiring is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
