Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles across levels, ensuring a smooth hiring lifecycle.
Build talent pipelines through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), referrals, and walk-in drives/recruitment camps.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage, from application to onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in non-IT, high-volume recruitment, preferably in Retail/Fashion/Shared Services.
Hands-on expertise with job portals, social sourcing, and recruitment campaigns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
