Role Overview:
- We're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent to meet client needs.
- You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review job descriptions to understand client requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
- Leverage various sourcing platforms including job boards, internal databases, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skill set, and overall fit for the role.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions and employment terms to ensure mutual alignment and candidate commitment.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with hiring managers for review.
- Keep candidates informed with timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through consistent follow-ups via email, phone, or video calls.
