Shift: EST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in US Onboarding
Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely process
- Handle offboarding activities, including documentation and exit formalities
- Initiate and track background verification (BGC) and drug tests for all new hires
- Ensure timely completion of drug tests to prevent onboarding delays
- Coordinate US background verification workflows including initiation, tracking, follow-ups, and closures
- Liaise with BGC vendors to monitor status, resolve delays, and escalate issues when required
- Collect and validate required onboarding documents such as IDs, consent forms, and client-specific requirements
- Ensure compliance with US employment documentation including I-9, W-4, and E-Verify processes
- Act as the first point of contact for subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in US Onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with US employment documentation (I-9, W-4, E-Verify)
- Strong knowledge of background verification and drug screening processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and onboarding tools
