Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across industries
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up for interview feedback and closure
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure candidate joining
- Maintain daily reports and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, etc.) preferred
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on closures
