Job Description:

We are hiring a Civil / Infrastructure Recruiter with experience in infra recruitment for Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Industrial projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience in sourcing engineering professionals across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Planning, Project Controls, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Civil and Infrastructure-related requirements

• Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Manage offer follow-ups and onboarding coordination

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status reports

• Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing project hiring needs

Required Skills:

• Experience hiring for Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Industrial projects

• Strong understanding of Civil and Infrastructure skill sets

• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Preferred Background:

Candidates with recruitment experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering Consulting, or Industrial Projects organizations will be preferred.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred

• 3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience
