About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing Green Card and US Citizen candidates for contract positions (W2 only). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for SAP-related roles and a proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify GC and USC candidates for contract roles on W2 across various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
- Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offer closures.
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) with accuracy and consistency.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment focused on W2 contracting.
- Strong experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders (no C2C or H1B).
- Prior experience sourcing and closing SAP consultants across various modules.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with staffing agencies or consulting firms serving U.S. clients.
- Knowledge of compliance, rate structures, and onboarding for W2 contracts.
- Familiarity with VMS systems and working with prime vendors or MSPs.
