- Be the first face of the company for hundreds of candidates – make it memorable
- Try out creative hacks (WhatsApp campaigns, quick assessments, referrals-on-steroids) to fill roles faster
- Keep track of numbers like a pro – because hitting hiring targets is your game
What Makes You Awesome:
- 1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO / Sales / Customer Service
- You know your way around Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn (and can find talent even in unexpected places )
- Cool under pressure – bulk targets don't scare you, they excite you
- People-person with a knack for conversations (yes, even those 50 back-to-back interviews!)
