Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (on-site) (Monday- Saturday) (10 AM-7 PM)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team by hiring the right talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
• Proficient with ATS platforms and job posting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
