We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (on-site) (Monday- Saturday) (10 AM-7 PM)

With a presence in over 65 countries, we specialize in personalized, result-oriented wellness programs that blend science, technology, and expert guidance to help individuals achieve sustainable health goals.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team by hiring the right talent to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms and job posting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
