Are you passionate about finding top talent in the creative, influencer marketing, and digital media space We're seeking an HR manager to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across multiple functions.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a recruiter in influencer marketing or digital media agencies.
- Proven success hiring for brand solutions, business development, creative, social media, etc
- Strong understanding of agency functions: influencer marketing, sales, creative, and strategy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
